Dragon at the entrance

I tried it like that a few times my first try, but with dragon in middle we kept on wiping, we tried it with dragon on the end of the northmost row and did it fine. I'd imagine the breath cone attack would be pretty bad if you did it in middle.

His cone attack is actually the main benefit to tanking him against a wall. As long as the off tanks aren't retarded, it's quite easy to arrange the skeletons so they never get close together.

As a melee DD, I strongly prefer to either

a) stand in fire while killing skeletons
b) not kill skeletons so I don't have to stand in fire

I literally just came out of a CT that took the dragon north. In fact, I've yet to see a group try it with the dragon in the middle. Wall dragon is perfectly fine as long as the remaining tanks aren't asleep or fighting over aggro.

Never seen a single group keep the dragon in the center or move him to the entrance.

Always North.

Either way, doesn't matter as long as you kill the skellies far enough apart from one another.

Never saw a main tank holding the Bone Dragon in the middle, it's always North platform.

Honestly, this is the biggest issue I have period. I'll Tomahawk or Shield lob, run toward the end of an empty column, only to have to run all the way back because some other tank grabbed him and ran a different direction. This would be understandable if we both tried at the same time, but I've had times that another tank would do this when the skeleton was half way to the end platform.

Also, I've had healers throw a regen on me or heal me while I'm running the skeleton into position..... don't do that! Those couple SL/THs aren't always enough to stop it from charging you before I get it to were it needs to go.

its odd ive only seen the take to the north strategy a couple of times. Mostly we just tank him in the middle. Skeletons never die that neatly either its either on the first platform with people screaming not to kill there or the tanks just randomly shield lob them to death fighting over aggro.

Every run I've done it's always been the dragon in the middle, was not even aware people moved the dragon. But also every run I've done, no one has explained anything yet so I don't know what the skeletons actually do (I just kill them as quickly as I can), or what those towers for King Behemoth do (I just stop the bombs cause they're BOMBS!).
