Having the same issue, i guess ill just change servers

having the same issue with my new alt, on you guessed it Balamung

Same issue now same server on my new alt.
Hope to see a fix to this soon its making it impossible to progress with the main quest line.

Yeah, can't progress in the storyline, which means can't really progress in the game. Kind of a game breaking bug for those starting off.
