Been broken for me for 4 days now on Excalibur as well... awful because we cannot progress in the storyline. Have sent multiple bug reports and contacted support online with no response. :\
Having issues with the Marques NPC... Also does not want to progress main story line. NPC does not accept the bronze hammer
I'm having the exact same problem on my alt character. Come on, SE. I wish you'd fix your stuff.
I just went to check up on the quest. It seems Marques is working again. At least, for me. Try him out for yourselves.
