Quest "Getting Even with Garlemald" unable to complete

Same issue as everyone else. Also on Leviathan.

I am having the same issue. BLM in Leviathin

Same bug. Warrior on Leviathan.

Fix it already.

Same problem. Just remove this quest since this isn't the first time this occured

I made another thread not realizing this one was around.
I guess it doesn't matter now, cancelled my account after waiting a few days.

Removing it is silly, its a story quest.

Same issue however, on Levi.

I'm done goodbye stupid game. Ticket is closed with a service reply they can't and won't do anything. Nothing can be done.

Since this issue occurred in October on another server, I'm fairly sure that something can and will be done. However, if you would be so kind as to give us the exact message (what the rep said and not what you're paraphrasing), that would be much more helpful than your cynicism.

I am also having the same problem on the same server but instead of ragequitting the game, I've found other things to do. In my case, I need to catch up GC ranks so I'm going through leves to do that. I'm working on other things because even SE knows that a glitched story line quest is bad for business and that they will sort the problem whenever and however they can. (Yes, I know it's been an issue for several days, but that doesn't mean the game is a complete failure.)

Judging from actually looking it up and digging around, it was solved by a reset of the area.

Im guessing it will work with the coming server maintenance from 1-3 on the third, atleast im hoping! I do wish that an SE rep would comment on it though, its a rather game breaking bug.
