If you want it to sell you should put it up for a reasonable price. Don't just look at what other people put theirs up for. If no one is buying that means that either there's no market for it or the price s outrageously high.

Why do you care about getting a '1st Class Plot' over a '5th Class Plot' right off the bat? Face it: FC Housing was implemented to rip gil from the wallets of the rich. Personal Housing (coming in 2.3) will have so much more use and be cheaper. That's already been confirmed by SE.

Just because people list it that much doesn't make the item worth that much.

your supposed to look at the transaction list not the "what's up for sale" list to find prices.

Like chinchilla hides have a bunch up for like 300k a piece but when you look at transaction history they're all selling for like 8-9k and those are just people that think big apparently.
even something truly valuable like bluebird, the ones up are like 2M but the transaction history they're like 600-800k

darksteel ingot 250K down to 80k in less then a weeks time on my server.
how hard is it to undercut one gil?? not under cut 10k-20k each time you sell something.

unless they make crafted gear better or equal to drops the economy will stay garbage. get rid of gear drops and make bosses drop a mat you can only get from there so a crafter can make a piece of gear for you. DL gear from the NPC should make you buy the parts for tomestones. crafted gear can also give back since you can turn it to materia.

SE failed hard at removing gil now people are hoarding it. there even less money in circulation then ever before bank money dont count.

people buy the lowest price reasonable price means crap to the lowest price.

I don't mind the housing prices being so hard to attain.. but what I do mind is how disgustingly embarrassingly small the small 'GUILD' houses are for the money!!! I mean WTF.. The Inn-room is about the same size! I've visited like 6 small guild houses now and they are all crammed with crap and it looks nasty cause they're so small. These is supposed to house a guild!?!? Who in the world thought it would be a good idea to have a GUILD HOUSE the size of an inn-room on the inside (possibly smaller)??

they also said fc housing would be affordable for an 4-5 man fc with a few lvl 50s :3
