roftlol... talk big but i probably am one of the players with most matches played out there... and when i post im in between matches, and i dont talk without facts... if people feel butthurt about what i say thats their problem it wont change the fact that melee compositions arent wanted in arenas atm, and are the underdog by a mile....

want it easy take smn, blm, smn and a tank ... want it hard or near impossible againt the previous setup take 2 melee instead of blm/smn...

And to make it even easier for a caster party queue without a tank so you get a 3 man premade against randoms which is probably what most of you out there are doing atm... lack of skills compensated by excess of cowardice ...

I agree with you that melee are kind of weak at the moment in PvP. I feel like they need to increase their movespeed or give them a 20s off GCD heavy skill or something for PvP useable by all melee classes.

The strongest comp out there right now is definitely Tank, SMN, BLM, Healer though in my opinion. The healer/tank is interchangeable but in my matches that one is the hardest to figure out your priorities. It does have its counters though.

I like PvP in this game because there is a counter to almost every strat. There are some that are stronger than others by far though melee's definitely need some attention. I don't necessarily agree with summoners being "OP" though. The only way they can kill someone is if you ignore them. If you ignore any class they will kill you eventually though. IT comes down to how good the people you are playing with are and if your team can think on their feet. If you solo queue/do 3's though I guess that element of PvP is lost.

But in the end I play SMN so most scrubs on this forum won't really have a conversation with me until next month when the next FOTM class is decided.

miasma 2 is just too strong you dont have to make a choice to defend against incoming melee or debuff healing IT DOES BOTH and it doubles all effective damage on a target along with a pet stun so on so forth you guys are op but hey at least your willing to admit part of it

Sure it does. Had players not demanded a jump, this would have never happened. You guys asked for something in a ff game, knowing there has never been another ff game with a jump button, and you got it. And Of course it got botched lol! Same thing with pvp. Add the 2 together for the first time you now how invincible jumping pvp lol.

Also when someone is casting if you run out of their side range fast enough the cast won't go off. This happens a lot in pve when someone pulls a mob a different facing...same thing. There are flaws in pvp. It will get smoothed out over time.

I never had a problem with this until today but it is getting soooo annoying.

Worst part is that all the people I get grouped with have no clue about the problem so when half the opposing team is in their jumpy invincibility mode and the match is stretching longer and longer I'm the one being yelled at for giving up. There are only so many times I can drop someone down to under 10% health before suddenly every single action I make goes poof and their health shoots back up to full before I just /sit and wait for my 10 experience/marks.

Bunny hopping and brds, need to be nerfed

They don't need to remove jump from PvP. They need to fix it so you can't jump out of attacks lol.
