According to the last Gamewatch interview Reinheart translated it'll be after the PS4 version launches. Most of their efforts are going towards development of that right now.

i would bet dx11 wont even be a thought till the first expansion at the earliest.
As somebody else already mentioned they are doing DX11 after PS4 client is out.
But the real question here is, 'Why do you want the DX11 version so bad?' The reason I'm asking is other than a few extra FX/particle rendering and maybe a little anti-aliasing the game appearance isn't going to vastly change. We had a post going before about the DX11 client and the one big thing people hoped for (as it was doc'd as the higher graphics version) was better texture resolutions - which Yoshida has specifically said we are NOT getting.
So why the want for DX11? Want the extra glow on low-res textures? I guess personally for me there's no point with the same texture resolution as DX9.
