Not really a quick way to make Gil anymore with the prices on crafted gear at an all time low, one of the main things we did was give incentives to FC members to assist with the crafting and selling of gear that would benefit the FC. We supplied food for raids, potions, etc, and we really have some great members that went above and beyond to help us achieve our goal :) Just hang in there and I am sure the housing prices will drop low enough so everyone can afford a house within the next month or so.

Congratulations to your FC. You won't get any negativity from me. The fact that you were kind enough to share the experience with us with some cool "Friends" type pictures can tell me how much of a milestone having your own house is.

There's a lot of people on this MMO believe it or not and you will cross paths with those less fortunate. People will be envious or jealous(even tho its a game). It's a matter of how much you net-work and play the game!

Have a Merry Christmas and hopefully you decorate for the holidays! ^^

Not younger... And I doubt you worked hard, even if you didn't RMT gil, the people who bought your crap crafted gear probably did, who knows. Either way, the 2 reasons Se made the price as high as they did was because for 1 they cant handle the load if every FC on every server bought a house, and 2, it was a trap to see who was gonna buy first with all that hard earned RMT gil....

+ it was just a stupid amount of EFING gil to buy 1....
