Miasma I & II question

So does anyone actually use miasma II? It seems kind of like a waste of time in end game content to be honest

For AoE, yeah.

It can be used in combination with Contagion. . .that's about it.

Miasma II is like Cure III for WHM, it has its uses, but remains a situational spell that you won't be using religiously like the other skills in your arsenal.
