Legacy house prices are too high nobody is buying them

So are there even 450 FCs a server that could realistically buy a house even at normal prices? Because there are 450 houses a server and most if not all are empty

Depends on the server. One of the new servers? Yeah, the small houses are accessible to pretty much all FCs. It doesn't take much to get 9 mil if each member saves up a mil (which is pretty easy).

Why then does Phoenix only have 1 Medium house at the moment? My guess is that most FC's interested in getting a house are saving gil for one of the bigger ones.

Well plots are selling but not super fast like the community thought it would. I know my FC is still working on getting rank 6 and gil together. We are also trying to decide to get a small ASAP or be take our time and get a medium for the long run.

We've got a house, it's awesome. Lots of fun, although everyone seems to get naked when they enter. Cat girls and guys everywhere.

funny thing about this they say there too much gil on the legacy servers yet no one bought a house on sargatanas yet, but people on the new servers are starting to buy first class homes right now.

Thank you, Captain Obvious, we needed another thread about housing costs.

We already had our gil reduced by 90% when transitioning from 1.0 to 2.0.

If we're keeping the house prices based on the fact that we made extra money in 1.0, can I have my other 4 million back please?

The problem is, if they give us our gil back from 1.0 everything else sold by npc will will have an extra 0 which means the re-denomination changes nothing.
