The Leve quest one is actually attainable within a few years. There was one in 1.0 where you had to make 10 mil from mob drops. That one would have taken much longer than 5 years if still around.

Sorry OP but when I read this. it sounds like there is this achievement you want, can't get it and you want them to make it easier for you to get. If that is not the case don't take it personal. But if that is the case, they won't change it regardless.

if all achievements would be quick to get everyone would have them soon = no fun
Armorer Leve 45 for High Mythril had top Gil prior to 2.1 and while it got 33% taken off it's still top Gil.
HQ Mythril Armor before was 1100x3 HQ, x3 triple turn in. Now it's 1100x2 HQ, x3 triple turn in. Making these 9 piece turn in's 900 for a full set of 100 leve points was never really an option for most people. 4500 Mythril Plates or 9000 Ingots, 27,000 Ore plus Electrum, plus shards.
Even if they had introduced a SWToR like system where our retainers were out pounding nodes in a passive system, I really don't think the logistical ability to HQ 900 Armor every 17 days was ever there. Development don't seem to look at content logistics when they set up rewards. Just the end values and theories of what could be made.
