With the timecards, You get your game time ASAP and thus your vet rewards ASAP. Even with Debit card you'll still have to wait for when you get charged to get your rewards I'm pretty sure

Where can I get them? cause I can't find any time cards.

Also I can't use the EU cards for a NA account (I expect not but never hurts to ask)
