Oh goodness, Squenix, what did you do?!
They had made SCH OP by making pet macros. Try this

I really wish that it would go back to the way it was pre 2.1
OK I think I got how this works.
Faerie in Sic + Guard/Steady = Totally autonomous mode, cannot control faerie.
Faerie in Obey + Guard = Controllable faerie but will cast by itself Embrace only, not the other skills.
Faerie in Obey + Steady = Controllable, totally passive faerie, will not cast anything by itself unless you command it to.
This is my current best guess at a stance macro:
Seems to work -- provided you have a mob targetted. Possibly there's a more optimal way to do it.Quote:
/pac Steady
/pac Obey <t>
I honestly don't wanna get used to this, I preferred the old way.
Think of it like this. There is only one steady stance. In steady the faerie does -nothing- but embrace.
There are TWO guard stances. Sic and Obey:
- Sic: Pet will use all of her skills on her own. You have no control. Full throttle mode. (Works great for Selene as she now properly rotates her buffs without micromanagement)
- Obey: Total opposite of sic, you have TOTAL control. The pet's skills will light up indicating this control.
So essentially you have steady, sic, and obey.
To set a pet to steady, just click steady.
To set a pet to sic, target an enemy and select "sic".
To set a pet to obey, target an enemy and select "obey".
These methods do not initiate combat, and any enemy will do, so it can be done -before- engagement without issue.
I made a few macros which should work pretty well
/micon Succor
/pac obey <tt>
/ac Succor <me>
/pac "Whispering Dawn" <t>
/micon Physick
/pac obey <tt>
/ac Physick <t>
/pac Embrace <t>
Still thinking what to do with the other 2 honestly, I suppose you could macro in fey illu before succor since that'd be the most beneficial use of it, maybe just add fey covenant to adlo since that shares the most similar timing usage.
/micon Succor
/pac obey <tt>
/ac Succor <me>
/pac "Fey Illumination" <t>
/pac "Whispering Dawn" <t>
/micon Adloquium
/pac obey <tt>
/ac Adloquium <t>
/pac "Fey Covenant" <t>
/pac Embrace <t>
Could also switch illumination out for covenant and use illumination on physicks I suppose.
