Petition: Drop Housing Plot Prices

Your company really needs to get a clue here jeesh! You WILL lose subscriptions with this kind of ridiculous pricing of virtual property!

If your a paying subscriber and you disagree with me that is just fine, you are entitled to your opinion! BUT SO AM I!! and this is completely UNACCEPTABLE!!

If square does not adjust the prices of the housing in this game to a more REASONABLE AND REALISTIC price then I for one will be CANCELING MY SUBSCRIPTION as well as my wife's and my childs !!!

This is the kind of crap that is set up to make games like this only appeal to the elitist pigs that spend all thier time in a game being "hard core gamers" and its simply ridiculous to expect that every person playing the game has that kind of time to commit to making in-game money of such a ridiculous amount just to experience SOME of the more wanted content in the game...!!!

I'm over the initial shock of the high prices by now. My FC has come to the realization that we won't be able to afford ANY size of plot for another couple patches (by the time a plot drops 50%, a new patch is theoretically supposed to be ready then, and that's assuming another FC doesn't buy the plot earlier XD)

We may not be big or have a lot of money, but at least we know and trust each other, and that's more important than having a staging area in our opinion. I just have to ask, what's the general plan for AFTER purchasing a house, considering how much time will be spent using it as opposed to PvP, treasure hunts, new quests, dungeons, primal fights, beast tribe rep, etc.....? Use the /sit emote? I say save your money for personal housing ^^

Btw, SE you might want to fix your typo. The patch notes say the price will drop 14% every 6 hours... which is alot. The math seems to support a .14% drop.
As for the petition, I agree prices are a little steep. The good thing is that since this is an MMO, they can change stuff whenever they want to. Give it a few weeks. If no one purchases houses, they will drop prices. It will all work out.

What is the point of releasing a HUGE amount of content to the game when the MAJORITY of the player base will never even be able to touch it until 3 months from release? People will be fed up with waiting for prices to drop, period. There is no way to make money like that. My FC is small (20 people) with 2 Master Crafters and between us we will be lucky to hit 5 million (6.4 million for the smallest house on server). THERE IS NOT ENOUGH GIL CIRCULATION IN THE GAME FOR THESE RIDICULOUS PRICES, PERIOD.

Not only that, why am I paying for content I can't use? I don't pay the subscription of those hardcore gamers who can Gil Farm.

so what the point of getting ppl hype up for it and no one will buy one half a year in to the game even the biggest fc on my sever can't affored this it drop to 50% if u wait 90 day

Signed. I like many others, was only logging in once or twice a week to clear Coil Turns.... Housing was what I was looking forward to. It has put an incredibly sour taste in my mouth, and I am truly upset I trusted SE enough to buy a 180day sub. I have over a 100days left that I will likely waste due to the nerfs to WHM, the joke that is housing, and the lack of content added for leveling alt classes.

I would also like to add that this kind of practice would be expected from F2P MMOs. This is a subcription-based game.
