Error 90000 After Typing

I never had this error code either until after Beta, too! That's what's annoying me the most. I even uninstalled everything I had installed to my PC after the date it started messing up, in a last-ditch effort to solve this problem. No dice.

And yeah, it seems like SE has a nice list of people who are dealing with similar issues but has not provided any answers yet. I just want to know if I can solve this issue on my end or if it may be addressed in a patch. :\

Yes this error has strting to pop up more frequest for me. Noticing it more whilst gathering. Oh and if it has anything to do with it same here no typing on any chats.

I guess I was foolish to think maybe some kind of fix, or at least LESS disconnects would come with 2.1, but honestly, I have disconnected a record amount tonight.

Can't even play now, as it seems any action will disconnect me. Tried to run a duty roulette in AK, got disconnected twice. Did a treasure hunt, disconnected twice. Luckily, if you disconnect while your treasure mobs are active, they just roam around until you log back in. I also disconnected because I said Hi to my Free Company. And I disconnected while trying to repair my gear.

Interestingly enough, my error code sometimes changed to 90002.

In short, there's lots to do, I can't do them because of disconnects, and I'm very angry.

I changed my router and updated it.

Guess what! Still getting randomly disconnected with Error 90002.

No idea what to do now. Guess just continue to disconnect, because my third email to SE just got the same reply as the first one.

I am going to continue to bump this until I get some sort of response from a Community Rep or help from the playerbase regarding my Error 90000s and 90002s. I disconnected this way seven times tonight before just giving up. Trying to complete the transparent/invisible Sylph daily quest while disconnecting is very awful.

Today on my day off, I managed to get through all of CT on WHM without a disconnect. But then, five disconnects while trying to do beastmen quests. Then two during a Prae run for a friend. Then one for a Ifrit HM run. Then two for an HK HM run. Then about six or seven while just running from one place to another inbetween. I also disconnected while crafting Buttons in a Blanket. I disconnected while trying to get to Odin. I disconnected once during a Sastasha run on my ARC. I disconnected while trying to fix my gear.

In the end, I have a lot of fun playing this game, but I disconnect every ten minutes it seems. It also likes to switch between 90000 and 90002 even though nothing different happens. I also got a strange error saying "an unexpected error occurred" which came after a disconnect.

Can I please at least get a "We are looking into this"? Something?

Spoke with a very nice customer service agent from SE on the 27th. He told me the ping test from him in CA was timing out in Virginia. Called my ISP, which has been bought and re-bought a trillion times. Chatted with another nice rep from them that sent a guy out who checked the lines and ordered us a new, free router/modem. It's better than my older one (which was only seven months old at this point) slightly. The internet is back up and everything is the same, maybe a little faster. However, I am still receiving Error 90000 and 90002 in the game. The ping test to the IP address passes now, however.

Uhhh, I even entered the useless ports into the new router. Don't even get me started on how stupid I feel pretending like port forwarding would solve this issue.

So, still at a loss. Guess back to my ISP and SE customer service for another round of exciting business-hours-only support. Yeah.
