The cap for all other secondary stats is 12 (parry, accuracy, crit, etc). Det does not cap the same way, it has the lowest cap value of all stats (lower than primary stats). It caps at around 75% of the other secondary stats (8 in this case).

I would really like to see this thread progress. Especially on the topic of BiS for warrior, since I've been trying to figure it out for the longest time. However, I would prefer a BiS that considers no crafted equipment. Please note I said prefer, so I'll stick to this topic since the OP factors crafted items into his BiS.

Even they buff the allagan Axe to ilv95 I think Relic+1 will still be the BiS unless we have better stats from EM quest weapon (CRT+PRY will be great).
Because Relic (ilv80) to Relic+1 (ilv90) give +2 damage and +3 to +5 other stats. I think ilv95 Allagan will give +1 damage, +2 STR, +3 VIT, +2/3 Det, +3 ACC more than the current one and ACC is unless now (other BiS pieces give 475 to 480 ACC with tank food).

Why did u choose Allagan Axe + AF2 head? none of them give PRY. For the reason I listed above, I think Relic+1 + Allagan Head is the way to go.

Strictly tanking wise 1 WPN DMG and 2 STR Probably 1 Det 1 Acc changes in 2.1 won't make up the difference what Bravura Parry offers in terms of defense. However, what you should weigh is whether come 2.1 will a Warrior be TP starved or not, if TP starve is still an issue Skill speed is a detrimental stat (Which I doubt). Along the lines too is that 2.1 will be introducing new ilvl 90 weapon which may be more optimally budgeted for tanking.

sks shouldn't be detrimental, at most it will be useless. If I am short on TP and my GCD went off I will just wait for one more auto attack before using another skill.

Mainly for the increased DMG output on the Allagan axe, plus being able to use DPS food over need acc, albeit losing even more parry ontop of that. However if the Ex weapon offers Parry and Det/crit, that will surely be BiS over both.

The patchnotes said something about changing Allagan hands from parry to det so not sure about them anymore.
