Target Dummies: Please Add Some in Revenant's Toll

We dont need any more reason for everyone to never leave Revnants Toll. I like that the population has to spread out a bit depending on what they're looking to do. Shouting for endgame content? Toll. Crafting and using the markets? Main city. Other stuff? Etc.

Honestly, I think the target dummies should be kept away from the major grouping hubs.

They don't need to be right next to the Aethernet Crystal, but within /shout and /yell distance would be great.
