If materia gear is sellable, I will do all BS and GS inlays for Wutai for free

You may overestimate how few of us there are left lol...

Have been crafting gear for my shell mates and freinds for mats or crystals since launch. General public pays, im going to be doing the same for materia. If i gather the mats create the item and create the materia on top of it your darn tootin there is going to be some transaction involved.

Lol regardless of how it's going to be, I'm going to be doing it for basically free because I'll likely be making a ton off weapon and accessory movement now that they are consumable. If double inlays are something I can do, I'll destroy the market for them on purpose just like I destroy the overproduction I make from mining on purpose.

Sucks for GSMs and BSMs if they had dreams of CA'CHING CA'CHING, but I can't have crafters profitting off spamming gear to turn into materia AND inlaying materia for BBQ profit as well. It's not in my best interest.

Why would I willfully sabotage a Double engraved bhuj going for 40 million gil as a GSM who would do it?

It's clearly because I'm better than a townie crafter. I would make a lot of materia that I want to be worth a lot of gil. I would haul a lot of catalyst that I want to be worth a lot of gil.

I don't respect town crafters who spam NQ R48 and 50 gear. They're WalMarts.

Sabotaging a double inlay system would prevent townies from sitting on their asses and letting the profits come to them. Would keep the profits on the people who actually deserve it.

I guess I'll be getting some free Inlays from you, then selling em. Lol....Gonna love to see this one play out.....

I don't think it will be that big of an issue because so many people craft in this game.

It'll be just how it is now.

+2/3 items with Inlays, etc will be expensive, and anything else will be pennies.

The game is much more fun when you have 200mill though.

I was thinking the same lol. I can go farm more mats while Peregrine synths them up for me.

At the end of the day a double inlay high end item is going to be rare as hell, no matter whether someone is doing them for free there will always be other buyers because Peregrine just won't be able to produce them fast enough to keep up with demand.

Actually no, not fun. Thats where you're wrong. You've gained to much gil to fast. Theres nothing thats not obtainable to you. It's like that old commercial where that guy always wins the jackpot. then hes given all the cookies he'd want. But there is no milk.
