Leave SMN as is and just make Beastmaster the...well master of beasts.

And really Ifrit's only as pathetic as he is because Radiant Shield is trash. Replace that with some type of burn ability based on DoTs on the target (similar to fester). Hey look, interaction between the summoner. Done.

To the OP, what did I just read? The post has not suggestions that make sense what so ever...

Garuda Egi already has an ability that flings enemies across the room and the tornados would only be summoned using enkindle
Titan encasing enemies would be useful when your group pulls tons of adds
Ifrits would get plumes and volcano burst which blows up enemies not send them across the map
Of course the damage would be tweak so the summons damage wouldn't be op
