This is just a guess but i assume that by killing those 2 adds he will not be able to cast that AoE landslide, so you could think it as alternative hearth phase.

Also... am I the only one hoping that the old dungeon music (The Dark's Embrace & Kiss) from 1.0 is coming back?
I still watch 1.0 videos of Aurum Vale, just because of that music...

Figuring out the mechanics on that is going to be quite a blast, I'm more scared of the Bombs "Here, have several landslides on the side" fase to be fair.

Some things I noticed. Heavy armor without the helmet variant. Limsa, gotta get that beachfront property. CT looked awesome. Main Scenario quests. Like real main scenario quests. Hard mode Dungeons are NOT complete reruns of same dungeon. The return of a certain somebody from main quest, wearing allagan gear. Super Spriggan (Spriggan head, golem body... awesome cute and deadly), Duty roulette awards gil, seals, 100 philo tomes and 10 myth tomes, for low level dungeons.

The only thing that makes me go hmmmm.... Good King Mog music. Sounds more like The nightmare before Moogle.

UPDATE: Website shows an example of duty roulette high level giving 40 extra myth tomes. Two runs in one

Love it - super excited about it now. Even with my disappointment about non pre-made alliances for CT. So much cool stuff coming.
