A lot more than 100 people have beaten turn 5. It doesn't even have much to do with the adjustments that were made (The hardest part of the fight is honestly near the beginning). As I said above, the nerf has little to do with it, but I'm not so sure your statement is accurate.
One part of the fight was nerfed a bit, but another part of the fight had an exploit fixed- and that's the part of the fight the vast majority of people get stuck on. As I said above, people are beating it because they know of a strategy that works since it was beaten the first time- This knowledge reduces the amount of trial and error that goes into a group's run and allows them to focus more on execution.
