I think your going to fall into the minority on this one.

I think that, even though CT is lower level/gear than Coil the majority will not only want to do it, but many that have left because they finished everything up to, but not including, Coil will trickle back in to see this new "achievable" by all content. Of course most of the stuper hardcore will also be staying to complete off jobs, extreme mode primals, gear collections. I don't see 2.1 hurting populations overall.

well if it wasnt true, Brd wouldnt be getting nerfed, DD wouldnt be getting a buff to make them on par with Blm. Blm wouldnt have gotten moving and casting taken away. we still have that awful color determines stats on gear. We'd have a decent story line that was actually fun instead of more filler than Dragonball z Naruto and bleach combined.

I have nothing against hyperbole but that's crazier than ludicrous speed. I cannot even imagine the story you describe. It's like trying to imagine God creating a burrito so hot that even he can't eat it.

I thought everyone already left after 1st 2nd 3rd or 4th month. Or is it 5th? Who knows still waiting...

OP there should be an overall boost to the population when 2.1 releases. A lot of people are not looking forward to lockouts, but thats not going to keep players away that were waiting for 2.1 content.
