Do you guys have any members that are new to endgame or leveling still? Looking for a FC for me and my girlfriend where we can progress through endgame and not get carried. I don't want ilvl130's doing dungeons with me, i'd rather progress with newer people or people gearing a new class.
We have many people in that stage, just getting to endgame or coming back from long breaks and needing to gear up. We're actually looking at potentially starting a "2nd group" for newer endgame being released with Heavensward and the like.

Anyone looking for a great time with a loyal FC, join BoB! We are what we like to consider the elite Free Company on the server. We clear all content in a timely fashion and use our group to help clear FC members through fights they are having trouble with. We do it all from dungeons to primals to raids and crafting! We are looking forward to Heavensward and as such we would like to add to our ranks so nobody is left behind when the new content drops.
We have a teamspeak channel, a medium house in the first ward of Lavender Beds, and we plan to purchase FC airships for the new content as soon as we are able.
All we ask from our members is that they are active and seek help from us when they need it! We have a 30 day activity policy, so all of our members are around often and available to help!

Get in on perks like "Heat of Battle II" (10% EXP Boost), FC Housing, extreme primal clears (including Bismark and Ravana), weekly raids and nightly dungeons and quests!
We are currently also looking for a master crafter. This person will fulfill the "Engineer" rank we have assigned and will work to getting an endgame crafting group together to build airships and other big items for the FC. This person will be in charge of workshop projects, materials, delivery, and assignments for other crafters.

We are definitely still looking for players to add to the fold! We are still looking for some crafters to build, maintain, and manage our airships (yet to be built). We have a rank set up specifically for this for anyone interested in taking the initiative to get our FC Airships out on exploration missions!

Now that Heavensward is in full swing we are looking to add some more players to the fold! We are a very active free company with perks that go beyond just FC actions (XP buff always on). In addition to FC actions we have FC workshops, all crafter stations to assist you in leveling 1-49, we have free company airships, chocobo stables, and more! We also regularly do daily dungeons, weekly raids, and extreme primals for our members.
