Heart phase on Titan Internal release + Unchained + Berserk + Bloodbath. Boom.
Anytime I'm dealing with Trash mobs -> Bloodbath + Vengance -> Internal Release + Unchained + Berserk -> Overpower spam (try and sneak your Maim buff in if you can)
A little extra HP Absorb on a single boss - Bloodbath + Vengeance + Unchained
Macro'd together I'd recommend only a single /wait command between lines so they go off fast. A bit off topic but:
/ac "Berserk"
/wait
/ac "Internal Release"
/wait
/ac "Second Wind"
is probably the coolest looking set of grouped skills when it goes off.
