As for the OP... I really think Ifrit and Garuda are way too easy compared to Titan and Coil. They don't prepare you for how busy you are and how much you have to pay attention to. For a tiered gear treadmill of a game, they really don't do the same thing for end game content.

Haha so true. Did yesterday with LS peeps. hydra to titan hm straigh, we left after garuda, it was late night, but was a fun chain run grouped together, usually the one i love most helping others :)

I don't agree at all with your desire to see the penalty increased for leaving a Free Company, holding members against their will for an extra day or two isn't going to solve anything or make them stick around permanently if they are unhappy.

It sounds to me as though you are blaming SE for problems with your FC that are unresolvable by any sort of system. SE provide a toolset but in the end an FC is all about the people. You mention you would like the system to be 'more rewarding', which I guess means you want more tangible incentives for people to stay in your FC (such as the exp boosts that we have now), but those would be available to all FCs and so that still wouldn't stop a member from leaving yours. Use your imagination, offer unique incentives yourself. As I said SE can provide you with some tools, but it's ultimately up to you what you do with your FC.

As for endgame, more is coming, and its rather odd to complain about such things when they are only days away.
