FFXIV has no class (Jobs vs Class)

Yoshi has stated that later certain Job stones will change the way skills work from the normal class base. Also, Jobs aren't really Jobs. They're more like Skill Trees. You branch off which way you want to spec.

It's too bad we only have 1 tree then for most classes.

I think PvP is where you'll start to see classes shine.
