NPC Should Not Sell

Wouldn't it be helpful to hear from a consumer for some perspective? Don't expect to make a thread on the General Discussion forum and not receive replies from the general public. If you want crafters only to reply, then post on the Disciples of the Hand forum. Just sayin'.

I agree. As a consumer, I'm more inclined to roam the market boards/ do dungeons/ have friends craft my gear instead of roam the shops. I have plenty of friends who are like-minded, but I can understand the necessity of NPC shops. NPC shops are useful for people who know how to play Final Fantasy games, but not Online games.

that is very true, npc poses no threat, i sell HQ gear never NQ,
1-2 fail to HQ, shove it to npc XD

and i dont even see what npc sell

Nice ninja edit, didnt see that u removed what u said. For those who missed it, his original post included the idea to make it so that even quest rewards should not be giving out equips. With that statement, tell me how it doesnt affect people who are trying to level DoW and DoM classes? Also, if you're trying to earn with NQ equips up to 49, you're the one shouldn't be chiming in with the input.

This is why I purchase almost all my gear from vendors. I refuse to pay the retarded prices players charge for stuff I can get considerably cheaper at a vendor. Get real, why should I pay some schmuck 5k for an item I can get at the vendor for half that, or less?

Considering its often half the price of what it is on the Market?

Yes.

Especially with Toad or Boar based items.

If you're seeing stiff competition from NPC shops, your prices are too high.
