Found that link either some time ago - unfortunaly the only item I was interested in - rose gold circlet - isn´t on it. Anyone got caps for that one? Google won´t share its secrets.

Apparently the cap for SS is 16 and Piety 7 - Crit could be same as vanya - but i'm just guessing that

That list is wrong for at least some items, as I have +9 Piety on my healing Vanya.

You are reading the list wrong. 7+ means the cap is 7 or higher with the actual cap unknown by the author. Red numbers are known hardcaps tested by the author.

Melded it - crit is capped at 7 for the rose gold circlet.

I see. So it's: blue 0, already capped; black #+, untested for values higher than #; red #, tested and confirmed cap for value #. Makes more sense now.
