Hello, are you searching for level 50 players or happy to welcome those leveling with a goal towards raiding when maxing the level cap.

I am speaking for a small group of 5 players who are regular players in world of warcraft, we have recently picked up FF14 as our mmo 'on the side' and are looking to cap and explore some end game content in the process.
Finding a suitable guild (sorry free company!) in any mmo we play is always a task in itself so when I read a description like you have of yourselves it always interests me.

I have to say your minimum requirement of 30+ would be an issue for one of our members (27) tho he is very much part of our group however acts much older than the rest of us!
