To counteract the effect of what? This thread definitively proves that jumping should not be implemented if you follow the logic. Also as seen in my risk assessment, jumping can clearly not be implemented without breaking the Final Fantasy Code.

In all seriousness, its difficult to tell if you are for or against it. xD I know your other thread was just hilarious, but this one is a few steps into the more insane part of the forums, you know, where Evangela and Vesperia hang out.
