Dev Blog: Hard mode dungeons and equipment drop

Really disappointing.

Holy shit! That female elezen hairstyle!!! So damn hot!

And I actually like the new armor and head pieces.

Looks like we can expect to settle the score with Siren once and for all in Pharos Sirius based on the translation.

They really blew their load early with the Lv.15 and Lv.32 gear sets... That stuff was really refreshing to look at, but it was wasted on such low levels which are over nigh-instantly. Then you get to Lv.50 and all the gear outside Artifact is generic as hell...

Couldn't they just reskin the Acolyte's/Battlemage/Foestriker/etc. gear for high levels instead?

You know I'd be overly joyed to have reskins of those gear sets. You only ever see them once in the game, and it would be refreshing rather than reskinning the same gear over and over already to death. SE Do this for the next dungeons after these please!

ARR is generic as heck lol. They're probably saving the 'less generic' gear for the not reskinned dungeon runs which would make sense. Also, they really need to get off of the 4man stuff at 50.

Wasn't one of their reasons for changing miqo'te's figure because it would make it easier for them to create new gear designs more rapidly? What happened to that?

average item level 48... content is dead on arrival...

Well then, more gear to turn into seals.... if I find anything to spend 50k on ~___~ Unless they're faster for myth grinds I (unfortunately) don't see myself running them more than once :/

I feel like they're missing a mark, constantly. If only dungeons were viable enough to level in....

...? That's the requirement, not the item level of the drops. Drops ilvl is 60 if you followed the last live letter.
