1. Flank: ToD -> DK-> TwS -> SP :GLx1
2. Flank: DK-> TwS -> IR(if up)-> DM -> Frac :GLx2
3. Rear: BS -> IDx2 Side: TwS -> SP -> ToD :Glx3
4. Repeat 2 and 3
Now how you use PB is up to you. I recomment using it to get GL3 up quickly (SPx3, DK, TS). I also dont address Steel peak and Howling punch. I just use those everytime they come off of cooldown since they arent on the GCD.
I also dont use TS yet, since I tank more than monk, I havent perfected it all yet. But with this rotation You can do well in most situations.
