Militia Subligar, crafted or purchased from auction board, dyed a pink to match the skin tone. Yes it can be worn by females, no the couerl skin isn't an option.

This is why I'm never converting this piece, even when all my crafters are 50, as well as the level 38 garterbelt. Crafting gear can be pretty risque.
