Square enix get rid of FATES.

We can use leves for that without locking everybody else out of a random spawn.

I'm just explaining the difference. Also, you didn't fight for exp. You fought for the drops. You'd stand around for hours and hours just hoping your group could get claim. Having a laggy connection could be the difference between success and an entire wasted day.

I am aware. T'was a terrible system. I'm just saying that FFXIV already has the leve system which is pretty much tailor-made for fair use of this, avoiding the problems of FF11's spawn camps.

Saying 1.0 is crap is your opinion much like me saying FATES are crap. IMO I would much rather have 1.0 than the current game with FATES any day. Ifrit and Garuda are too easy now. 1.0 was a lot more challenging in many aspects now this game just gives you everything. Take crafting for example in 1.0 it was rare to see people with Heavy Darksteel Gear let alone HQ version... Alot of people have all crafters 50 and all can make the Ilvl70 gear HQ no problem dropping the worth to 500k. There is more to this game that I do not like than just the FATE system like I said it is my opinion and I prefer 1.0 to 2.0 any day. I am not going anywhere since I am a FF fan and I do like the game I just don't like everything about it.

My main problem with the FATE system is more geared to Behemoth and Odin. Since I do not do the lower level fates since I have all my jobs to 50. The problem is with them not showing up I know how it works with the rendering but it is still a problem when there are a 100 SMNs all using pets and all using Shadow Flare and then the servers crash because SE can not get a handle on there server issues still. They should not release something there servers can't handle it doesn't make sense. I am sure one day they will fix it and I am willing to wait. I just like to rant.

I do Miss Ver 1.0 but there's more to do in 2.0 and I do complain about fate but if you see the bright side Fate can expand to more content, that's why i think they made this fate system.

Not just my opinion. The opinion of many, many people that play 2.0 and didnt play 1.0. You think SE will go back to a system that had their game with almost no players (or like 1/10 of the ones they have now) ???

ok? There are many people who have the same opinion as me with saying FATES are crap. I would put money on it that more people do not like the FATE system. WTF are you talking about 1.0 had no players there were plenty of players, as a matter of fact I know people who stopped playing on 2.0 release. Just because you like the FATE system doesn't make it a good system. I am willing to bet that SE will change a lot about it one day.

no, just no. y get rid of something when you can add something eh? be more productive instead of destructive. a lot of people find fates fun or even better than the old grind this one mob for 500 hours. Everyone is so negative towards fates and i just do not see a single logical argument being made for nerfing them. plus, they put time and effort into creating these and hundreds of hours into writing the code for it. you really think they would just say trash it. you must really know nothing of business if thats what you think.
