I tested this on the Buffalo NM many many times and the best way that I have found to use this ability. Is to make sure you have enough stamina to use the ability before you select to use it. The problem that I have with this ability not working correctly is when I select to use it before i have enough stamina. It lands more often for me when I have plenty of stamina to use.

I've heard slot of my other LNC friends say putting stats into MND greatly effected wether it sticks or not

I have this issue...where if I use it before I have enough stanima it doesn't go off properly. If I have sufficient stamina I don't think I've ever seen a miss...but as noted above, my MND is jacked.

Well personally I don't think I've had this problem. I'll test it later today and see if I have it too
