Fantastic idea!! I would love this. I don't think it would be too hard to implement. I also love taking screenshots at the end of a long battle with a fallen enemy.
One thing though. Do you think there might be a problem with the mob dying on top of where the treasure chest would spawn in raids? This is the only thing I could think of that might cause issue.
I'm sure they could come up with something to prevent that from happening.

I just have mixed feelings due to the boss sublimation thing being a staple in the series, but I'd love to have an option to do that.
