Perhaps "Server Congestion?" It could happen... 42.5% now...

ouch... i remember these times. The game updates usually were like 2 mb max these days :D.
11 loved to crash in the middle of updates so you had this "checking for files" a lot of times... and as far as i remember... the checking process took like 1 hr + everytime haha

my bytes have yet to evolve...still at level 0.0 :(

I have Verizon, at present, started the DL about twenty minutes ago, and currently at 18%. I think it's starting to work for me now because I made some changes to my firewall.

maybe the update-server has a fatigue system even... so id rather wait for next WE to reset.

I got annoyed so I downloaded UItorrent= 300kb per sec.. should be done soon....
