Binding Coil on PS3

I think the only issue with PS3 would be the lack of battleping. This consideration from BG comments on Twintania win.

So playing on PS from anywhere but USA seems like a limit.... I hope to prove wrong sicne I play from PS3 from Italy =_(

I do the same thing. Got Skype, mumble, and raidcall on my laptop and just turn one of those on, plug in a wireless mic (or a wired one now that my daughter ate my other one) and talk away while on the PS3.

We use Mumble, I think they run it on laptop. Also several of our PC players play with controllers instead of mouse and keyboard.

Not sure about the other stuff people use but my group uses Skype so I can use it on laptop pc any android phone any android tablet iPod iPad iPhone psp psvita

Since 1.0 i always played with pad and still beated ifrit extreme and van darnus. Go straight. Look them. Ignore them. let the jerks be jerks.

I play on PS3, live in Toronto Area. (Canada)

I've never had issues with any instances or Coil, turns 1-2 - haven't reached 3 with our group yet. Just started this past week. hope to get through to turn 4 this week :D

We use Mumble for voice chat. I use my cell phone with earbud/mic plugged in.
During a boss fight I never have to speak, I make sure I do my part and dodge. if I do need to say something I can push to talk or type on my wireless keyboard.
all while sitting in a nice big lazy boy.

I do agree with the fact that you do have to know how to play your class correctly and make sure you are following the fights mechanics.
Just because you bought the most expensive piece of hardware...doesn't mean you know how to use it.

cant wait for PS4 version...hopefully sooner than later!!!

Been doing Coil on the PS3 (Up to Turn 4), I use TS3 on my laptop to communicate with my group. Wouldn't be too surprised if a whole group of PS3 players did it though.
IMO, it's more about how skillful the players are, not necessarily the platform they're playing on (unless they're uncomfortable playing on it I guess? o_o).

Its because of idiots like these that you should always say you play on a PC.

PS3 player here, no issue @ coil.
