Got it twice so far today. FC mate had it happen too.
Just had this while I was sitting in Ul'dah crafting.
Has happened 3 times to me today. Once in a dungeon, rev toll and south shroud.
Error 90000 followed by 5003 which states something about Authentication Error.
After which I have to force the game to actually close down from it's constant black screen.
