2.05 Breakdown/Letdown

They didn't make AK any harder. Why would it take you 35 minutes now when it took you 20 before?

You're crazy.. I find myself not needing any more gil farming with the AK trash dropping gil. I used to concern about tele and repair, now not anymore. Everything else aside of that I can be self sufficient by leveling up my other classes, even high end items.

How are the lvl 50 botanist/miners being screwed over? SE didn't take their levels away, did they? They're still lvl 50. This was a quality of life fix. Just because you and other people rushed to 50 on all classes doesn't mean you have been screwed over when the leveling process was made less painful. Did you hear the Legacy people complain because they made leveling Battle classes easier? That they were screwed over because they were already 50? Nope they cheered because it meant a new life and new people for the game.

That's actually a lot! It's farming while grinding! It covers the repair bill and there's still lots of money left to make a gain. As opposed to 1 gil.
And nobody expected them to really put a better version of AK, just to have alternatives and don't grind AK 8 times a week (it's giving me nausea and making me want to quit the game lol). WP being a viable alternative is just great, why does people always have to complain about extra stuff?

I think that person went too far, but I do think anyone that invested significant leves into miner/botanist over the past week was chapped a bit by the patch. I specifically switched to fishing because I knew this was coming, got it to 42 in a couple of days. Now it's back to botanist while I have 90+ leves.

Those that had 50 weeks ago had the opportunity to cash in off the materials, if they didn't take advantage of that....they can't exactly complain.

It's because they can't get it now now now, so they can go and whine about not having anything to do. :)

Yeah, many of us didn't have all 50s so the easier leveling was a godssend. No, we're complaining cause Square keeps listening to the anti-Legacy naysayers over our fates in regards to getting off our overcrowded servers.

They should have added Stone Vigil, Dzemel Darkhold and Aurum Vale to the mythology + philosophy farm.... It would have helped a lot with lower lvl to have more people to do those dungeons, the extra gil would have been a blessing and having to do a lot less CM + WP + AK would help everyone else with the congestion...
