Just use DF, Im a PLD and even as a fresh 50 in fresh 50 gear, it was fairly easy to tank, just so long as you have read a guide so you know what to expect. DF groups tend to be more Newbie friendly, but like all MMO's theres no shortage in jerks who will occaisionally moan and groan to hide their own failures, just ignore these people like i do (or if your like me and ultra evil, let them pull aggro and die before provoking target back ... revenge is sweet), i DF CM frequently when farming, a typical CM run takes 40 minutes tops, and its not a partically hard dungeon, ignore premades for now.
You will occasionally get the jerk in DF but as the poster above said, just ignore them. People who expect a speed run through the DF are being unrealistic as many people are finishing up their story quests and may want to watch the cutscenes as well. You hold all the cards when you queue as a Tank...don't let some angry little kid spoil your run because they want to save a few minutes.
