Whats a program that allows me to check that one specifically?
ATI should have one by right clicking should say something like ati or AMD :)
Realtemp, OCCT, etc.
I have Speedfan, Core temp(&app) and Realtemp.
All show the same thing, none show the Vidcard.
I tried atitool but I get "The Kernel mode Driver does not seem to be running. A device driver is req for comm with your video hardware".
Get OCCT. And actually... speedfan and realtemp are both able to show your GPU temp. Look for GPU, not "Video Card"
Although I advised you to turn down your graphics settings and blow the dust out of your laptop, you haven't indicated that you've done either of these things. It's a simple test worth doing..
If you turn down the FFXIV resolution and other graphics settings as low as they will go, you shouldn't be able to overheat.
