Building a PC, any tips?

best advice i can give is DON'T SKIMP ON THE POWER SUPPLY!


It'll end up being the first thing you replace after the gpu.

I know you probably want the pc for other things but just in case you want it to just play games on. PS4 at £350 will be a very good deal, from what i have read it will also look as good as it will do on top spec PC's.

Perfect build, couldnt of suggested it better myself :) My only other suggestion would be an aftermarket CPU cooler from coolermaster.

AMD 7870 GHZ Edition
Asus M5a7 mobo
8gb Gskill 1866mhz ram

Runs the game smoothly on Desktop (High) settings (60 fps)

Not expensive at all.
