I'd say check your emails, see how much it cost you, you may have ordered the wrong on by mistake.

Yeah, that's indeed the right one. You might have to contact Digital River, but try SE as well, not really sure what can/will be done but that clearly is the price for PC. The problem is they very likely don't have ANY PC CE copies anymore.
