Only lagging in AK, any one else?

I get it on this dungeon and Wanderer's Palace as well, time of day or week do not matter. I can run around the field all day or do any other dungeon or primal w/o issue. I get it in large spikes and it seems to become worse as i go on until i finish or relog mid dungeon.

I lag in WP at first group of beetles EVERY time. And in Garuda HM, I lag so bad that Garauda remains invisible after about halfway through phase 2.
