Ahh, welcome to boss fights that are actually a bit challenging. :) I love it personally, earlier dungeons too easy (though some had their moments)
Doom first priority, Wesps 2nd priority. Most first timers need several tries to get used to how the Doom debuff shows up, where the tiles are, and how to see/kill the Wesps quickly.
As tank after a bit of practice I was able to basically solo 1 add before Sting went off. Just because I knew exactly where bees would spawn and started immediately.

After many many tries, I did realize that I had a bit of tunnel-vision when going after the bees. Keys I found was get used to how aware you have to be when Doom is cast (the Growl warning, the room-wide AOE flash that's easy to miss, and then finally constantly checking your debuffs on your bar... defaults to the right side).
Next step is to make sure you get the debuff *no matter what*. Do not pass Go, do not collect $200. Stop DPSing bees and find a lighted platform to stand on to get rid of the buff.
Finally make sure the debuff is gone. Plenty of times the platforms did switch right as you arrive at one... no biggie, just run over to the next.
I found that once everyone took care of this, DPSing the wespes will take care of themselves, naturally. With Doom is off the tank can go back to positioning the Boss, and DPS can go back to wespes. Final Sting hits hard but is only really an issue if somone in your party is already down, as the healers I ran with did a good job of keeping people topped off.
