Early October is for world transfers. I have only heard 2.1 in November. But maybe that's because everyone assumes 3 months from launch.

The problem with though is it's still in the launch window and if they have learned as much as they say they have through other mmos then they need to understand that many issues need to be addressed early in the games lifespan, especially a lot of the qol issues they have planned to be fixed in 2.1

Which means nothing because the data for the Fate is already ingame and as several have said already it will not require a patch to activate it.

I'd be fine with late November - I still need to get rich for player housing and atleast get full darklight :)
