The only reason not to use them is if you need accuracy from food, but you should be trying your best to not need it.

But devil eggs has more critical hit pct. that means nothing for us?

You get Determination AND Crit out of Buttons, while you only get Crit from deviled eggs. Det also has the higher stat weight.

We're DET based, not Crit. Bards are more Crit Based.
