Please realize that people still play despite the fatigue system because they like the game and want to see it succeed. If everyone did as you suggested and quit JUST because they don't like the fatigue system, there would hardly be anyone playing. Be grateful that we still stick around despite these flaws in the game. The devs can't make a better game if we don't provide the proper constructive criticism they need to fix things.
Do you have a high rank class? You should know that tier II skills have the same stamina cost as Tier II, and in most cases are only marginally better.
Sticking with something just for the idea that it MAY be better down the line is foolish. Would stop from having a divorce just because you think your significant other may "Get Better" after beating you? There is a difference between optimism and blindness.
They may only be marginally better but it's better to get something more powerful for the same stamina. In grinding it's all about speed and efficency. :P
When I first heard of the system, I figured it was innovative and liked the idea of encouraging horizontal growth to allow others to catch up - but the fact is that, while in theory it was interesting, in practice it's terrible. I like having a goal and sticking to it. I don't like my goals being side-railed and my momentum deferred. The flow of the game is destroyed by it and my enjoyment is limited by a lot. I'd rather deal with grind-happy players flying by me than have my own efforts hindered.
