PRAY THEM TO DEATH!!!

We had fun with the GM today... or more likely, the GM had fun with us, spawning crazier and crazier things.

After that, he told us to go to the thaumaturges guild and pray at the rock there, while he went all epic speech mode, but considering the whole two hours battle, I would say he was just roleplaying and we shouldn't read anything more of that, we were a good audience after all :P

The Rep said this after several mobs got bombed to 1% health. People thanked the Rep, but he said he didn't do it.

I think this is an indication the praying thing is coming to an end..or dying down in its effectiveness at least. We'll probably see more stuff tomorrow once everyone at SE is back at work lol

Yeah, GM just came to Durandal. Super buffed us, I was killing Imperial Guys in like one full combo. Then the GM spawned a bunch and I died. ): And lost all my buffs. and the GM left.

But before doing all that, she is definitely the reason the Buffalo died. It was here for hours.. she must have noticed we were having issues and came in and killed it instantly after giving us the super buffs (which still didn't help against the buffalo).


Interestingly enough though, She killed it only after I /pray 'd to the Buffalo. Either that was a coincidence in timing, or they're just playing along.

Oh, and while I was typing this. An Imperial guy just walked up the wall into the Adventurer's Guild and killed me. ~_~

It should be obvious by this point that none of this was necessarily planned, it's just GMs messing around because they can (if I was one I'd probably be doing the same thing lol), and because it's something for people to do in the few days until impact

Agreed....they're just making the situation seem much more bleak.

Besides, GMs technically are stuck here until the 11th too. Since nothing counts in the game since November 1st, what else do they have to do? :p

A GM event just happened on Sargatanas. We had wave after wave of Imperial, then Darnus. He buffed us and cheered us on. Encouraged us to fight.

Then he spawned five Atomos and all the Deepvoid that goes with them. Half of us died and he called for a retreat back to the Aetheryte. He did a countdown for /pray then asked us to stay there while he checked if it worked. He came back and announced that it didn't work and that we needed a new plan. He made us all follow him out to the mobs and form a line. Then did a countdown to /dance.

THEN WHILE WE WERE ALL DANCING HE RICK ROLLED US!
